Owner, Keani Alcoran is in charge of organizing all events. She will be the main person of communication through your whole event planning experience. Keani has been working in the service industry for over 15 years. Her most recent job was managing at La Mer at the Halekulani Hotel and has worked there for 10 years. She was recognized as Halekulani Employee of the year for 2016. Keani has also received her bachelor’s degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating from the Travel Industry Management program. You can be assured that your event will go as smoothly as possible when working with Keani.
Born and raised right here in the Islands, owner Nicholas Alcoran has a sense of Hospitality and Aloha that is natural for the people of Hawai’i. Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and over 15 years of experience in the service industry, including restaurants such as; Hy’s Steakhouse, Roy’s Waikiki, and Forbes 5-STAR French restaurant La Mer at the World famous Halekulani Hotel, standards of operation are very detailed and organized making them premier Service Experts in Hawai’i.
